Sorry to say but the Australian Embassy in Zimbabwe will have bugger all influence on what happens in the DRC. I remember when we did the big raise in the US and I was hoping we'd see Blackrock or a major insto on the register as it least then I'd have confidence they may get the US Govt involved given their investment across the green economy lifecycle. Given our offtake is still destined for Chinese plants it would not be high on their radar I would think unless they are confidence they can take on a smaller percentage of the offtake as the plant and resouce expands... Personally, I think this might take years to resolve if it does get resolved positively at all. DRC is one of the most unruly jurisdictions in the entire world and no legal argument or amount of logic will have any influence.
