This is demonstrating a lack of experience on the part of BLR management; the same people responsible for your hard earned.
I strongly believe in the emerging U story, but a decreasing likelihood of ever being a BLR holder based on what I've seen in the past. For those still "holding the faith", I've got my fingers crossed it somehow works out for you!
