dd; In case your theory is correct on purchase of the Indee heap leach mine,
heres some DEG History from an article by AAP on December 9th, 2003;

AAP De Grey managing director Denis O'Meara said initial drill results on part of the
10 to 12 kilometre Indee belt of mineralisation were the most significant in his 45-year
involvement with the Pilbara.
News of the discovery, which came as the price of gold traded at 7-year highs, caused
De Grey's shares to surge 22.5c, or 141 per cent, to 38.5c on heavy volume of 35.7 million
shares worth $10.5 million.
"I think probably gold going up to $US406 over the weekend didn't do us any
harm . . . it's a very significant discovery," Mr O'Meara said.
Drilling intersected a four metre composite sample with a gold grade of 53.8 grams per
tonne (g/t). Other results included 32 metres at 8.40 g/t, 26 metres at 8.39 g/t, and 40
metres at 4.34 g/t.

Wikipedia; Range River Gold, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, the ASX, in
2002, first acquired an interest in the Indee Gold Project through the purchase of Opus
Exploration Pty Ltd in September 2003. It increased this interest to 70% in 2004.^[2][6]
The company commenced mining at Indee in April 2006 but announced in September
2007 that mining operations would wind down again. It ceased mining in December 2007
but continued processing operations until October 2008, when the mine was placed in
care and maintenance, having produced 30,000 ounces of gold during its operational
history.
