But he and Grist (father in law ?) need to get alternate finance organised quickly that will not hose out shareholders like this sick deal.

Otherwise, questions will need to be answered very soon from the powers that be, about the whole motive behind this tech wreck.

Let's talk to this issue @ryanl , what is put forward is beyond belief, arrogance in the extreme.

If this company is about to turn cashflow positive , why would any existing holder accept being crushed in a recap after already witnessing a 97% smashing?
