On the subject of the Aug 2018 cap raise, I posted the following on 8 August.
"The trading that took place over two full days prior to last year's raise by Morgans was, on the face of it, an egregious abuse of trading rules.
ASIC were notified and apparently they investigated. They don't announce results but it may or not have been a coincidence that there were Board changes some time later."

I doubt that raising the issue again with ASIC would achieve anything more.

Meanwhile, Barros hasn't yet produced any evidence to warrant the suggestion of corruption that was made the other day.
While frustration with FDM is entirely justified, unsubstantiated allegations are neither helpful nor ethical.

It is hard to be critical of a board and management trying to raise needed capital and them ensuring that there is not trading during the period they are doing this that hurts shareholders. if this takes time then it does. The alternatives are worse.

The suggestion of corruption the other day is without justification.
