The only thing that has changed ( in CLI's reporting) since CLI's last 3 announcements before the 14th Nov Trading Halt is in the 3rd Dec half year audited Half Year
report:

31st Oct- Sept Quarterly to Sept 30th 2019: Cash $2.1 mil
3rd Dec Half year report to Sept 30th 2019: Cash $1.8 mil

This, IMO, will cause a temporary liquidity problem come 31st Dec because it can be estimated from the Sept Quarterly report that CLI would have about $300K cash on the 31st Dec.
According to the later audited 6 month report, however, cash should be about zero.

This is assuming that all the other figures from the Sept Quarterly with the exception of cash are still valid.
