    I'd tend to agree with your theory more. The constant delays sounds like hitting hurdles, having issues, facing problems with harvest/finance whatever it is. As much as i hope it's good news, the reality is that it's not looking good. Interesting they only asked for an additional 2 days - the new finance agreement must of been close in terms of sign off
