They received the second round of funding.
But I agree that the SP increased on announcement of the supply agreement. And IMO there were key details of the agreement that were kept from shareholders (eg. Timeframe to complete all deliveries ) to give the impression that at least $15m revenue would be guaranteed this financial year and that this was less than 30% of the total crop value.
