Any thoughts on the in-specie distribution that now looks like it will go ahead, subject to shareholder approval? Question following that would be what the Breeze camp's next move will be if shareholders decide against a distribution...

The distribution seems to me a bitter sweet end to the disputes halting progress in recent years. Sweet, I guess, in that we will get shares in the company that is running PEP11 and there just might be progress that will raise the SP. But bitter because I imagine the PDF status that MEC holds will not transfer with our shares to Advent meaning all our (potential) gains will then be taxable; and then of course if Advent don't go to an IPO, we can never really trade our shares to make a gain anyway.
