New update expected this Friday. The company should be updating us about the new investment "mandate" (who mandated it?) and / or the in specie distribution. What direction is the company going to take if the distribution goes ahead?

I think all shareholders have a good reason to be upset if there is no new information in this Friday's update. Are there any actions shareholders forming a collective lobby group can take in relation to MEC continuing this failure to provide us with information?

There is no reason to wait to update us about the new investment and distribution together. The new investment strategy has been "mandated". So what is it? This new strategy should stand separate from the issue of the distribution.

It is time for MEC to directly address the questions shareholders have been asking.
