Its not the SI people but its definitely is the SI government who are at fault!
AVQ had an application for a prospecting licence for Kolosori denied back in December 2018. So I don't know how you think PNM got a licence for Kolosori that was owned by AVQ? Seems like you're just making it up with no facts at all!
In both instances AVQ and PNM did everything right to get the licence and then the SI gov did a back flip with no legitimate explanation!
I know this as I own shares in both companies.
