The main thing I've realised when having recently dealt with one cowardly troll is the more restraint you show completely ignoring them, the more riled up they get to the point that they simply f#$&off.
If based on the remarks they're making and or questions they're asking they're simply trying to provoke a response - let's not let them succeed by giving them any attention whatsoever.
