Nice summation Mode.
My punt is a 66/1 shot, purely on the basis of what Mode pointed out in his post.
Huge amount of work upcoming over multiple areas = Major Operation.
We have JV's in place currently on some and 100% owned Discoveries others.
I think the long Halt is in place due to the complexity of the approach from another party toward all our Discoveries.
Who is that other party, maybe Slr or similar.
Hence Slr/Dau/Tnr JV.
