NVA’s current investment is 12.99%. I too think there is no link to NVA on this one. Will have to wait till fri (hopefully earlier) and all will be revealed! From those already spoken to Management, they have mentioned this deal is in the favor of shareholders!!! I am confident that this management looks after the shareholders as there are many lifestyle directors out there and TNR directors are not one of them!
