The Company advises shareholders the voluntary suspension will remain whilst ASX considers the proposed transaction, which is anticipated to occur on Friday, 5 March 2021. The Company anticipates the voluntary suspension remaining in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement regarding the share subscription agreement or Tuesday, 9 March 2021.
