once again, it’s not necessarily a complicated transaction. Rather the ASX have not sat down to consider it yet.
quote from the announcement:
“The Company advises shareholders the voluntary suspension will remain whilst the proposed transaction is considered by ASX which has yet tooccur but is anticipated to be considered today, 10 March 2021.” once again I repeat, it’s not necessarily a complex deal. ASX want to review it but have delayed actually reviewing it.
