housing market (60-80% over valued)
overvalued tech stocks (inflation is bad news)
boomer stocks (like banks)
bitcoin (only valuable if Elon can take it to another planet)
gold - they’ll find plenty more in 10-30 years.
what’s undervalued?
- ADN
- TNR
- iron stocks (yep!!)
- ethereum (hangs off bitcoin, not a bubble)
- PlayStation 5s (I saw one sell yesterday for $1100)
