@Justadabble If what you are saying was true that would be the ASX speculating on a news catalyst increasing a shares price lol... I think that seems outlandish for a regulator to do. I think my expiration theory is more accurate, as that makes sense with the PDF status. I think the asset and working capital assessment would come after checking if the company is maintaining its "existing business" operations.

Ha it would be funny though... if you believe your theory is correct, you can put it in your back pocket and tell everyone, if NOPTA does approve PEP-11, "even the ASX thought it would increase the share price of MMR's investment: Advent and if we extrapolate this, BPH and MMR..." lol.
