They are appealing to the AAT to seek the re-instatement of PDF status.
I have no idea as to the prospect of success.
Their position is basically that the previous Director's screwed up, but it's been fixed now, so please don't penalise MMR for the mistakes of the previous Board.
PDF status is important in terms of re-instatement to trading as without it the company has changed it's purpose.
Change of purpose has higher re-instatement compliance requirements that, when I reviewed, I felt they would struggle to meet.
So, in a perfect world, the AAT appeal is successful, NOPTA approve, MMR would likely be back in business.
If the AAT appeal is lost, and presuming that is the final avenue for appeal, then MMR would likely be no more. JMO.
