How can this be called a voluntary suspension when the ASX will consider conditions for reinstatement after PEP11 is approved and PDF is un-revoked? It's bullcrap. There is nothing voluntary about it.

I have far more confidence of PEP11's approval than the return of PDF status, and this wait for KP to sign being about as long in the tooth as a T-Rex means my confidence is just about shot.

I am pretty sure the government is pretty keen to have the total number of PDF companies at zero and I think we have buckleys of getting it back after the board at the time clearly breached the legislation (ie broke the law). We can whinge and moan all we like, but those responsible have got off scott-free, and we are left to pay for it.

I'm headed into @assailed's dark and gloomy world if this keeps up.
