You might want to check from a reputable source whether or not PEP-11 is enough for reinstatement, I don't believe it is. Because then MMR would not be trading based on "existing business" without the PDF, it would be a very different business, a business which has not been through the listing process (whereby the ASX can check if it meets all the listing criteria [like starting all over again]).
