You havebeen such a busy little bee analyzing all the activities relating to BPH, MMRand Advent.

It is timeyou put your efforts into researching the activities of the directors of MMR betweenDec 2016 and the rightful reinstatement of David Breeze to the Board in 2020

1) Who wasresponsible for having David Breeze wrongfully dismissed from the board

2) Why didwe see so many mass resignations to the board during this period, carried outin such a manner that the shareholders were denied the opportunity to vote onthese changes

3) Deborah Ambrosini was appointed MD 5^th October 2018 then suddenly resigned in 22March 2019, just after MEC was approved for the Expanded Investment Mandate that was announced 18^th March 2019.

4) Who wasresponsible for incorrectly filing the PDF which breached sections of the PDFcausing the registration to be revoked.

5) TheCourt and ASIC have recognized that David Breeze was wrongfully dismissed Nov2016 and as a result he was re-instated. Would any decisions made by the MEC boardduring this period be deemed unconstitutional and need to be revoked (between Nov 23 2016 and David Breeze’s re instatement).

6) In youropinion is there a case for the shareholders to bring on a class action againstthe board members who held office during that period.
