No, it is just the standard extension length, if you read back through the announcements, it has been like this for more than 12months.
The PEP-11 decision is likely to be after the federal election in April / May 2022.
The Administrative Appeals Tribunal decision is likely to be given down around the 30/03/2022 as was estimated here: 55155407
Soo... if you were a MMR shareholder, it might be a good thing the NOPTA decision takes another 8months, since that gives the AAT enough time to fix the appeal to the PDF status. Then MMR might be able to participate in part of the NOPTA approval spike (if it gets approved).
