I suppose the only positive concerning the potential loss of the PDF is the fact that we can record our losses as a tax write off. In the possible scenario of PEP 11 not being approved, the delisting of MEC - the winding up of the company including the 4m debt being re-utilised or disbursed. What drama will unfold over the next 6 months, if it did not include our funds the drama would be better than a Netflix series and we are the bit players - ha.
