There is no appeal, the Licence had expired, it was due for renewal, numpties had approvals to do things on it like shoot 3D and asked NOPTA to change the licence conditions, licence lost, no coming back.
It was a renewal of a lease that was in serious default of its obligations. No grounds for review or appeal.
BTW, the same for MEC, in serious default of their obligations to the PDF Board.
