I'm wondering once it inexplicably gets canned that this becomes the starters gun for the appeal, if any?
In that you can't appeal a decision not made ( as it were )
personally not relying on Pep11 to provide the value for eithef BPH or BUY.. They simply have to get on with their businesses.
