Is being informed about what's going on, future plans, and reason(s) for the delay in our best interest? As BPH shareholders, don't we deserve to know why a delay keeps persisting? If an agreement takes longer time to finalise than originally expected, don't we at least deserve a notice as basic as "due to the changing circumstance, we are expecting a delay in finalising this agreement?"
On the contrary, what has happened in the last few weeks gave me the impression of DB as a mole hiding underground and waiting until forever to come back up. Very unreliable.
