I had similar thoughts. if I recall correctly Scomo stated in the press conference that the intent to refuse the permit would be handed to NOPTA in Jan. It might be possible that the government is yet to do this, whether that's because their lazy or they realise the legalities surrounding the issue and the way it was handled is a no go. If it was the latter one, this could be a reason for the constant suspension and why the ASX hasn't had their two cents worth yet because the government is holding up the show.
I don't hold much hope for the reversal of the decision on PEP-11 but I'm curious to know if the government is stalling the legal process on purpose because they know they haven't got a leg to stand on and if they drag it out until election time, it then becomes labours issue to deal with. Just my opinion and a complete guess.
