Another stuff-up by the company. So with a further delay due to a legal issue, the Directors are going to 'lend' the company $500,000 for cash flow to be reimbursed with shares from the rights issue. Consider their share payment as pre-paid.
Seems like they have guaranteed themselves $500,000 in shares from the rights issue.
