Yes it's disappointing to become aware of this, and it certainly removes the immediate need to finalise the Rts Issue with the comfort of an unsecured loan of $0.5 million (presumedly A$?) by directors.

But of course the company's ultimate recourse for this blunder is to it's former legal adviser who surely will be on the line for any negative financial outcome.
If we are to believe the list of the number of CDI's under court order consideration, ie just under 2.39 million, it will be interesting to see how this plays out - I had a look at just 1 date, 12th Feb 21, and the list refers to a total of 171,320 CDI's - this is a small subset of the total CDI's applied for quotation on that date - I'm not sure if that means the total of CDI's under consideration is accurate or not.
