Anyone have an idea what the penalty could be for this blunder?
Not ideal at all but assuming they still go ahead with the rights issue to shareholders we might no ahead of time if we have the approval or not before we have the option to take these up.
Also, given we are in suspension currently, if we do receive approval and have not gotten any clarity over the court application is the company still obliged to report on the approval or can they wait until we also have a approval to begin trading again? Would of thought any material announcements get announced as they are received.
