IMO NOPTA has obviously approved Pep11 as IMO was always going to be the case, they really didn’t have any sound reason not to, we have drilled Pep11 in a exploration phase before with out any impact at all on the environment or whales, fisheries etc or Scomos white sand beaches!!!! as we do every single day in Australia’s coastline and onshore for O&G exploration.

Nothing would give me greater pleasure than Pep11 being Scomos final back flip as the LNP burn him for being a DH in so many ways atm, the longer this goes on in silent phase the better it is for us shareholders in Pep11 as the legal wigs of this world milk Scomos actions in regards to Pep11 for every cent they can, and then finally come up with the answer of Mister Prime Minister you can’t actually do what you have done this isn’t Russia and your name isn’t Putin we actually have protocol and procedures in Australia.

What does give me solice though in this whole Pep11 mess atm is the longer we hear crickets in the Pep11 garden the better the outcomes for us shareholders, even Scomos actions have to go through proper protocol and procedures, and as a rule in Oz in business if you tick all the many boxes needed to forge ahead you do, and as a rule if you don’t tick all the boxes in Oz you end up like Scomo dead man walking and it couldn’t happen to a more fitting person.

Caveat to that would be unless you have 1m BPHOA options expiring in 5 months which was 60% of your entire portfolio you’ve scratched, scrimped and saved for 7 years.
Hope there’s still something positive coming up out of all this mess in the next 3-4 months, as I don’t want to become Assailed Mk II
