.....and it came to pass, many years after the great apocalyptic event that a band of wandering "lasters" ( as those they survived came to be known ) chanced upon the hut secreted among the stands of now blackened and emaciated trees. Its inhabitant( or plural ) had long since departed this mortal coil but the little 'home-office' as it were, strangely and eerily carried on in a fashion.. The solar panels no longer worked in the perpetual overcastness that became the norm, but had worked sufficiently long enough to burn an image onto the workstation's screen that was still partially legible with improvised light. Upon the screen read, but only just , and not entirely in completeness.....

"The Company requests an extension to the voluntary suspension............will last until Monday, 7th August 2034 or the................
