Possibly. They have been stripped of their PDF status, they are appealing that decision. If they win the appeal and retain PDF status, I would say they have an excellent chance of being re-admitted to trading. If they lose, it's bleak, the nature of the business will have changed and they will need to re-comply with Ch1 and 2 of the listing rules, very onerous and costly. I think they will live or die on the back of this appeal. Flam will tell you they have no chance of winning so hopefully he is wrong. I have no idea if they will win or not. It will end up in the courts in a negligence claim against former Directors if they lose.
