IMO the ALP because when this presents to Elbow in the to hard basket he can just blame Scotty from Marketing for not following protocol and creating this mess along with everything else and just let NOPTA do it’s job as is always the case usually, except the exception Scotty From Marketing butting in on some action to feather he’s own nest!!!!! Or so he thought stupidest thing I’ve seen a PM do TBH when it comes to resources and O&G sector !!!! and as I’ve said many times before it’s far from over Pep11 infact it hasn’t even begun yet$$$$$
