Well said Beast - Nick is the first to acknowledge that he is not a miner. Allow him to raise the necessary to re-activate the company and then ensure that he employs the right people to make a mine (establish a resource first)happen. The horse (an ore resource) MUST come first followed by the infrastructure (mine and mill - hopefully still in place)to produce an end product.
