I thought CVE had a loan arranged provided they did an equity raising of $3m, perhaps they were unable to find a broker to underwrite the CR. Massive dilution now at the current price anyway, they should have done a MRF and put the stock in suspension 6 months ago until all this was sorted out. Best chance would, I think, be some sort of JV. Europe seems to be in some sort of recovery phase as is China so some sort of hope there I guess. Resource stocks seem to be on the nose currently though. Must remind myself to be more careful with the stocks I invest in.
Perhaps they could change track and become a bio or IT company.
