All my own opinion 0f course... Have contacted ASIC on 1300 300 630 and availed them of my concerns for Neon Energy into the future with particular emphasis on "value adding", to shares for ordinary run of the mill holders other than the new BoD and Evoworld. ASIC were very keen to hear of the potential for the Company (NEN) to be stripped of its cash and be sold off or delisted. ASIC assure me that they have the ability to dig deeper into the past Modus Operandi of the BoD and past Directorships held to determine if there is a pattern of operation and fate of those Companies. ASIC also were helpful in emailing the Complaint Forms out and want to hear of any more similar complaints regarding Neon and its future (or not) !!! As always dyor and satisfy yourself...
