VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 Xstate Resources Limited (Company) (ASX: XST) requests a voluntary suspension of its securities with immediate effect, pending an announcement to be made by the Company in relation to its recently announced capital raising and acquisition of assets in the USA.
The Company requests that the suspension continues until the release of an announcement, which is expected to be no later than close of business on Tuesday 21 February 2017.
The Directors are not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension of Company’s securities should not be granted.
