I disagree.
Privately, I think they'd be cognisant of the fact that this could get messy (in court) with no guarantees either side. (A la AGS).
KLK mine unencumbered with CAD and AUS assets and some small $$ in bank ($15-$20m?) would, I think, mean everyone can walk away with some semblance of a win.
I think this while the 'optics' will show AM and Co working to save the farm, in reality this will be a dissection of assets and appeasing/remuneration of EDF. The 'valuation' of LH won't be as important in my opinion as how much CIC/CNC will be prepared to pay. I'd hazard a guess that the 2 values might 'coincidentally' meet.
My hope for shareholders is that AM can be pragmatic and accept that this script was written a long time ago. And...importantly, don't send SH's through any more than they have to.
