No one is going to be facing charges let alone going to jail. Where is this coming from? It is not going to happen. I dont know which courts they may be using to resolve these issue should it get that far, most likely a WA court given that is where PDN is domiciled, but they may be some other agreed resolution path in the contracts. Which ever way you look at this, it is in no ones interest to have this thing enter a court room. It will be resolved one way or another over the next week or 2. To be honest this should have been done last November or January.
