PDN's best option, is cut a deal and sell the 75% to CNNC for a good price. The positive thing here is that the other debt holders will pretty much require that as well and i suspect CNNC knows that. The last thing CNNC would want is a protracted legal case dragging on for years possibly several years and with the 70%+ debt holders laying claim to LH, which they will under an adminstration scenario. Under the later scenario, CNNC cannot touch the 75% of LH. There is always the possibility all these people are crazy and do the most stupid thing. But i suspect there are some cool heads here and they will see the reality of the choices available.
