I think AM is calling cnnc bluff here. Cnnc goal is to drive down the share price and have a failed restructure deal and get LH in a fire sale with first dibs. $175m was for 1/4 of LH. So $525m for the rest will payback 2017 debt $220m and edf $260m. Then pdn has their other mine (on c&m) and all of mich + other small assets. Still have 2020 debt to deal with. Although i dont like this approach it will leave $65m in the bank for other mine c&m. And they could entice someone into mich.
