To say they are always nearly on time is simply false. They have been a company for around 2 years, and they have missed most deadlines. Slide 15 ad 16 of the May 2016 resapp investor update is my favourite:

This quote in particular shows you how good management are at meeting their timelines:
"On track to bring product to market by end of 2016, launch via telehealth partner to reach millions of patients quickly" - slide 16 of 3 May 2016 Investor presentation, at above link.
They will only be a year late if they deliver on their new timeline. Management has little credibility in my opinion. This latest delay is just another in a long series of delays and promises. Will there be a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow you all keep chasing - I guess we will find out soon enough.
