Right, that's it, I'm not reading HC again until the 9th. Some real rubbish being written, perhaps for the sole purpose of stirring things up. RAP will save lives in the developing world, but in the US it's about saving insurance companies / hospitals / co-payers money, in a way that doesn't mean lower care (= lawsuits). RAP/telehealth will succeed because it'll save money.

Also, I'll repost what I wrote a month ago - who owns RAP at the moment?
1) Aussie retail: Mainly a burnt-out bunch who read HC daily and who no longer have the fire power to react positively to anything.
2) Foreign retail: They've never heard of RAP.
3) Institutions - FIL: Have enough RAP already pre-FDA, might grab some more later.
4) Institutions - other: Don't own, not taking the risk pre-FDA. Will come buying quickly once FDA and first deal is in place.

If FDA application / success + good press articles gets the foreigners in, HC tit-for-tat will be in the past.
