You do know how much humanitarian organisation such as UNICEF and WHO expenditure for last year was, don't you????? Hint, it in the multi billions of dollars........
The key point is the diagnosis with RAP is way higher than the current diagnosis using chest X-ray and blood sample, and especially using the stethoscope which is less than 50% (that is the point that you don't seem or don't want to grasp) but lower than the golden standard....... I think you need to do some research before commenting, as the LT have already done extensive research.
And I think you find there has been more subjects tested in Australia clinical trials (from memory more than 1000).......
