There is more to that sentence, but it just serves to give an expected time-line. There is no specific end date so the company doesn't have to request an extension.

However if the actual delivery date of the announcement is far from the expected date I would expect Resapp to make a further announcement in the form of a request for an extension. And if they did I would expect the ASX to start asking questions.

I have seen companies going to voluntary suspension for 3months without any explanation so I don't think ASX will ask any questions. At this time TK and BL are the on the mercy of data collection.
