Yup no one knows. It is however interesting that on 11 July RAP were still saying July for results. In the space of less than three weeks that changed - so something unexpected must have happened in that time. Could be innocent (unforeseen delay from the trial coordinator) or results may need more validation, or as a worst case they were unexpectely out of alignment with previous results and they are rechecking and rechecking and figuring out how to spin it to the market. Or some other reason - no one knows.
But you are right the suspension in itself is neutral - all we do know is something unexpected must have occurred.
