The SP has stayed well above $0.77 throughout the SPP and thereafter. We will probably see a few Appendix 3B coming in from the conversion of the loyalty options, increasingly so towards the end of the 12 month period, providing another ~$20Mil.

Management signalled that some project(s) might by spun off for more cash.

All the above has written "ARL is looking out for the loyal longterm retail shareholder" over it.

My understanding: This is an equity raising by an investor at a premium, which should offset the effect of dilution and boost SP above $1.

Guess I was wrong with the need for a discount to attract the big end of town!!! Lets hope this is it in terms of CR until the completion of DFS in 2019.
