He was approached about helping to rebuild the company's management as a director. Who wouldn't jump at the chance to be a director if offered up on a plate. I don't remember him spruiking the company before he was offered the position so what is there to blame him for? Then he resigned as it it was a conflict of interest anyway all well before the pump then this dump.
